Year Established: 1970. Original preceding firm was founded by William B. Luther and Samuel R. Anderson in 1970. Our firm evolved as a defense firm for the insurance industry and consequently, we regularly engage in all areas of practice where risks are undertaken by the industry. Principally this includes, litigation in the areas of automobile liability, workers' compensation, product liability, professional liability, premise liability, civil rights, property law, including fraud and arson and fidelity and surety bonds. In addition, the firm is engaged in employment, corporate and banking matters and rental cases and some criminal.

All firm members are licensed in State and Federal Courts. We are regularly engaged in the practice in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.

Geographically, we handle cases generally within a seventy-five (75) mile to one hundred twenty (120) mile radius of Chattanooga, which extends into the counties of North Georgia and Alabama. However, we are equipped to handle cases at greater distances, including other states as may be needed by our clients.
