Our
firm evolved as a defense firm for the insurance industry
and, consequently, we engage in all areas of practice where
risks are undertaken by the industry, as well as self-insurers.
Principally, this includes litigation in the areas of automobile
liability, workers' compensation, product liability, professional
liability, aircraft liability, premises liability, civil
rights, property law including fraud and arson, and employment
law.
All firm members are licensed in State and Federal Courts.
We regularly engage in practice in Tennessee and Georgia.
Geographically, we routinely handle cases within a seventy-five
mile radius of Chattanooga, which extends into the counties
of North Georgia. On occasion we handle cases in the Knoxville
and Nashville areas.
It is with rare exception that this firm handles any plaintiff
practice against any insurer other than subrogation. Under
no circumstances would we represent a plaintiff against
one of our insurance clients.
