ASSOCIATE
POSITION: Associates are hired through
direct inquiries with the firm, on campus recruiting and
the new summer clerkship program. We only hire Associates
who we believe may make a positive contribution to the
firm and may potentially be a candidate for partnership.
Our Associates get hands on experience
in advanced litigation much quicker than most firms.
On average, Associates are able to actively participate
in their first jury trial in less than a year.
SUMMER CLERKSHIP:
As of 2003, Luther-Anderson is starting a Summer Clerkship
Program. The firm is looking to hire summer law clerks
to work from May to August. Interviewing and hiring
for the Summer Clerkship Program are completed in the
spring. The Partner coordinating the new Clerkship Program
is Al Henry.
