BIO:
Jennifer Baxter grew up in Tennga, Georgia. After completing undergraduate studies in at the University of Georgia, she worked as a paralegal for several years before entering law school at Georgia State University. She had the privilege for clerking for Hon. Hugh Thompson of the Georgia Supreme Court, and, after graduating with honors, entered private practice. Over the years, she has gained valuable experience in private practice, as well as serving as an Assistant District Attorney and an Assistant Public Defender. The breadth of her experience allows her to be highly adaptable and to be proactive in all types of litigation. Jennifer also serves as the judge for the Municipal Court of Chatsworth, Georgia.
Jennifer is highly involved in her community, serving as a chamber diplomat with the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce and serving on many nonprofit boards. She presently lives with her husband, Kevin, in Tennga, Georgia and enjoys traveling, camping, cooking, spending time with her large family and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
