BIO:

Taylor Dees grew up in the small town of Monteagle, Tennessee. Taylor completed her undergraduate studies at Tennessee Technological University in 2021, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in criminal justice. She went on to attend Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law (LMU) where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2025.


While studying at LMU, Taylor led the Random Acts of Community Kindness group which participated in volunteer opportunities in Knoxville and surrounding areas. Taylor is passionate about giving back to the community and enjoys volunteer opportunities. Additionally, Taylor was the American Bar Association Representative for LMU and was involved in many other clubs/organizations. During law school, Taylor had the opportunity to gain experience in multiple practice areas including: disability rights; wills, trusts, and estates; and probate law.


After law school, Taylor worked at a firm where she primarily practiced family law including: uncontested and contested divorces, custody disputes, and dependency and neglect cases.


Taylor is a well-rounded attorney with experience in multiple practice areas. Taylor is eager to take on challenges and is a fierce advocate for her clients.


In her free time, Taylor loves to read on the lake; craft; and spend time with her family and pets. Taylor is an animal lover and has two cats (Newt and Arlo) and two dogs (Red and Toaster).
